What does this privacy policy cover?
This policy explains the current information practices of Casino Networks. It covers browsing these pages and saving your privacy choice. We don’t provide gambling accounts, take deposits or request identity documents, and you don’t need to register to read our content.
The site has no analytics tracking, advertising pixels or behavioural profiling tools installed. Accepting the analytics option doesn’t start measurement. It saves a preference only, because there isn’t an analytics service connected to that choice.
What information stays in your browser?
When you save a choice, your browser stores a localStorage record named network-privacy-v1. It contains an analytics yes-or-no value, an expiry timestamp and version 1. The site’s preference code doesn’t send this record to a server.
The record remains valid for 180 days from your latest save. After expiry, the site asks again. Expiry doesn’t automatically erase the stored record, so use your browser’s site-data controls to remove it. Our cookie policy explains the storage in more detail.
Why is that preference used?
We use it to remember your choice and avoid repeatedly showing the banner while that choice remains valid. It isn’t a unique visitor identifier. Where handling a preference involves personal data, our legitimate interest is to operate the preference control and respect your decision.
Reading the site doesn’t require agreement to optional tracking. Open Cookie settings in the footer to change your choice. A choice saved on one browser doesn’t automatically apply on your other devices.
What happens when you request a page or follow a link?
Your browser sends connection information, such as an IP address and the requested page, to the server delivering it. That isn’t the same as installed analytics. Server logging depends on the service delivering the site, so this browser-storage policy doesn’t promise that no connection records exist.

What rights can you exercise?
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law gives you rights to access, correct or erase personal data, restrict its use, object and request portability. These rights have limits. The Information Commissioner’s Office guidance for the public explains when each applies.
You can also raise a data protection concern with the ICO. Don’t send casino passwords, financial documents or sensitive gambling histories to make a general privacy enquiry.

No. Clearing this site's browser storage removes its saved preference on that browser. It does not delete records held by another website or an email provider. Contact the organisation holding those records if you want to exercise your data rights.
